To help Waupun Little League continue to help pay for upkeep around the ballpark; the Board has decided to operate a Calendar Raffle once again for the 2024 Little League Season.  All Players need to make arrangements to pick up their Calendar Raffle packet.

Pick up dates will be as follows:

• Friday 4/5 from 5-8 p.m. at BGC – Black and Gold Club located at 1804 Shaler Dr, Waupun, WI 53963
• Tuesday 4/9 from 5-8 p.m. at BGC

Parents can arrange pick up the week of April 9th if needed by contacting Jessica and coaches will receive any unclaimed tickets on 4/13 at the Coaches meeting to hand out to their teams.  Please make sure to pick up your tickets as soon as possible so you have as much time to sell before turn in.

Calendar Raffle Details:

• Each Little League Player is asked to sell 10 tickets at $10.00 each ticket.
• Drawings will be held every Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday.  The winning ticket each day will be added back to the drawing so there are multiple chances to win.
• The purchaser keeps the Calendar portion of the ticket.
• The stub with the purchaser information on it must be returned to Waupun Little League.
• Cash or Checks (made payable to Waupun Little League) are accepted. For payment.
• For every 10 tickets the ball player sells, their name will go into a drawing for 1 of 5 gift certificates for $25 to the WLL Concessions Stand to use for the 2023 season.
• If you would like additional tickets to sell, please contact Jessica Schultz.
• All money and tickets (whether sold or not) must be returned to one of the following days and locations:
  •  Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 5 – 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 3 – 6 p.m.
